10 Embroidered Ankle Boots You Could Be Wearing For Autumn 2017

I’m a big fan of shopping my wardrobe.

So it was with much excitement recently that I re-found a pair of embroidered ankle boots that were actually a Christmas gift last year. I’m not too bothered whether something is seen as ‘in’ or not. I’m at a stage in my life where I know what suits me and I know what I like. These boots are something I know I would love no matter what. I am a big fan of embroidery anything so I’ll probably be re-finding these boots for many years to come.

I posted them on my Instagram feed and stories and was surprised by how many people commented and sent me messages about where could they buy them.

Unfortunately, being Autumn 2016 they can’t be bought elsewhere. So, I decided to have a look around and see what was available this season that might be similar.

I’m pleasantly surprised that there is quite a lot to choose from but what I will say is the embroidered trend seems to be very popular again this Autumn and the sizes in some of these boots I’ve selected are already low so if you like them you know what to do … BUY!!

I’m actually terrible for seeing things and not buying them and when I think about it and go back to buy what happens? THEY ARE SOLD OUT!!!

My Top 10 Embroidered Ankle Boots

SimplyBe – £40.00

I love the pop of pink in these boots.

New Look –  £37.99

These are only actually suedette but good value for money. The Autumnal shades of the embroidery drew me to these.

JD Williams – £55.00

These look super comfy with their good, chunky heel.

Boden at John Lewis – £150.00

I was chatting to someone on Instagram recently saying that I actually can’t believe I’ve never bought anything from Boden .. ever. So many times I’ve been almost tempted but I just don’t think I’m  their customer type. Although, if I didn’t have so many boots at the moment I could certainly be tempted by these.

Marks & Spencer – £49.50

Another good block heel with a touch of statement embroidery.

Miss Selfridge – £65.00

These look a bit too high for me but I love the all over embroidery and the colours. The Miss Selfridge website doesn’t give heel height and the boots are described as polyester. I think I would probably need to see them IRL before I could decide fully but they certainly look the part.

Monsoon – £79.99

Once again a really pretty choice of embroidery colours and these are suede.

New Look – £34.99

Whilst I think all of my boot choices can be dressed up and down there are just sometimes when only a cowboy boot style will do.

Finally — if money was no object and I could have an embroidered boots splurge here’s what I would choose ..

Gucci at Harrods – £1990.00

Have you got embroidered ankle boots love like me? I feel much the same way about bags, too. Some of my favourites I recently wrote about in my bag heaven post.

For my US friends … I think most of these can be bought or shipped to the States 🙂

I’d love to hear about your purchases, too in the comments. xo

I absolutely love your ankle boots! They make me think of something out of a historical romance novel! The colors are beautiful!

The pink on the SimplyBe ones is beautiful! I also love the New Look ones and as I struggle for larger sizes, I often have to buy New Look shoes/boots even though I’d happily pay a bit more and buy actual leather/suede.

Wow, love these! I can’t decide which ones I like best! I had some beautiful embroidered mules over the summer, but it’s too cold to get your toes out now. I might just have to treat myself! 🙂 x

I’m obsessed with all the embroidered ankle boots out there at the moment and want to buy them all, but I am having to restrain myself as I just sadly wouldn’t get enough wear out of them as they’d be too uncomfortable for my on the feet all day job 🙁 xo

Oh me too, Carina — none of these are for the day job! Much more reserved workwear 🙂
